Fresh pasta is a real treat. These rollers make rolling pasta as easy as possible. They are well made, easy to use, easy to clean, and very effective. I love these pasta attachments. They make making pasta so easy. They work really well and haven't been too hard to clean, and I never had any of those problems with metal deposits ending up in my dough.

The pasta can be enjoyed fresh or frozen or dried for later. Complete directions, cooking tips, and recipes are included, though cleaning the attachments can be a bit of a challenge, as they can't be washed in water, and any dried-on pasta particles must be removed with the included cleaning brush and toothpicks.
